Social Brand Maps Social Brand Maps are a visual representation of a Brand's position in Social Media compared to its peers. Each brand is plotted using its scores on Engagement (how responsive its fans and followers are to it, based on comments, likes, retweets, etc.), and Buzz (a measure incorporating posts, mentions and a variety of other metrics). The size of each bubble on the map is proportional to its Audience size (fans and followers) and the color indicates its audience growth rate (from blue representing low growth to red representing high growth).
